Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, and with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Artificial Flowers & Plants (including Artificial Wreaths)
  • Candles & Home Fragrances (opened or used)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • All original packaging and tags are included
  • The item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
  • The return authorization number is clearly marked on the package

Step 4: Track Your Return

Refund Process
