Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before being shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (Recommended)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD (applied to all orders under $50)
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your NiveDecor purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

- Non-Returnable Items: Artificial flowers & plants, candles (for safety reasons)

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, unworn, with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Item must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Artificial Flowers & Plants (including Artificial Wreaths)
- Candles & Home Fragrances (if opened or used)
Exception: Damaged or defective non-returnable items will be handled individually. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Your full name and contact information
- Item name and reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Photos if item is damaged/defective
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All original packaging and tags are included
- The item is securely packaged to prevent damage
- The return authorization number is clearly marked on the package
Step 4: Track Your Return
Once shipped, email us your tracking information. We’ll notify you when we receive your return.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Original purchase price minus shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Our mistake: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- US Customers: May use our prepaid return label (deducted from refund if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
